Returns are gladly accepted within 15-days of receipt of order. Return claims cannot be made after 15-days of receipt. All returns must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to any order not returned in resale condition. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item(s) in the form in which it was paid for. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are gladly accepted for products that have been received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition within 30-days of receipt. Products can only be exchanged for like items of same or lesser value. Exchange claims cannot be made after 30-days of receipt. All exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging. If that product is no longer available, store credit based on the original purchase price will be given in place of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

In the email, please include your name, contact phone #, order #, shipping address, and reason for your return or exchange. Additional instructions will be emailed back to complete your claim. Please do not send back any items without first contacting a member of our team.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
