What people want to know

We're not like most event companies out there and realize that you might have a lot of questions for us. We've got you covered. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions and answers about our services.

How big in the trailer?

Our trailer measures at 6'10" wide, 7' 2" feet tall, and 12' 4" long and weighs in at roughly 1,500 lbs. She ain't a beast but she ain't no hot wheel either.

How big is the bar?

Our bar can be customized to either be 8' or 5' wide, is about 4' 6" tall, and usually requires at least 8' in depth to ensure our bartenders have enough room to make drinks effectively.

Do you need power?

Yes! We will need at least one 120 V plug to power up. We can provide a generator at an additional cost but prefer to avoid the excess noise when possible. 

 

Do you provide the alcohol?

Negative. Due to CA licensing restrictions, we cannot provide the alcohol for your event. Good news though, this means you're not as limited by the beverage options you can purchase for us to serve. We suggest working with your caterer or reaching out to your local purveyor of delicious beverages to get your supplies. You provide the alcohol, we'll do the rest.

How far do you travel?

We will go up to 100 miles round-trip from our home base in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We include 25-miles round-trip travel for every event at no cost and charge 50 cents for every additional mile after that.

Do you charge for setup  and tear down time?

Whatever amount of time you book for your event is dedicated to serving you. We will arrive 60-90 minutes early to setup and stay as long as it takes to pack up and get on the road at no extra cost to you. 

Does the photo lounge require an attendant?

We always include one person on-site to help manage technical difficulties and ensure that everyone has a good time

Can I staff the bar or trailer with my own people?

As much as we like to share, we do not allow anyone outside of our people to staff the bar or trailer. Call us selfish but we want to personally make sure every part of your Hook-Up experience is to your liking.

Are you insured?

Absolutely! We insure our trailer, equipment, and bartenders for every event. This includes liquor and general liability insurances. If you are hosting a private event (not at a venue), we do encourage you to  protect yourselves as well.

Do you rent the trailer out by itself?

We're always open to doing what we can to accommodate special requests such as this. We can't guarantee every request can be met but reach out and we'll see what we can do for you.
